PYONGYANG: A delegation of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) left here on Tuesday for Seoul to attend the 21st Inter-Korean Ministerial Meeting, the DPRK's official news agency KCNA reported. The delegation is headed by chief councillor of the DPRK Cabinet, Kwon Ho Ung. According to media reports, South Korea planned to put forward proposals for military confidence-building, humanitarian issues, and the partial opening of inter-Korean rail links. The inter-Korean ministerial meeting was agreed upon at its previous meeting in February. The 21st ministerial meeting is slated to start on May 30 and end on June 1. Xinhua
