Tuticorin: The Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Limited has entered into a tie-up with UAE Exchange Centre, Abu Dhabi, for money transfer services. G. Narayana Moorthy, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, said that NRIs based in the Gulf could remit funds to India by sending rupee drafts drawn on UAE Exchange Centres to any of the 182 branches of the bank back home. Apart from the traditional draft drawing arrangement, speed remittance facilities would be available to help the customers an access to web-enabled money transfer within minutes of remittance.
