Ranbaxy wins patent case in Norway

NEW DELHI: In a boost to Ranbaxy in its ongoing litigation over anti-cholesterol drug Lipitor against Pfizer, a Norway court on Tuesday ruled that four of the U.S. pharma giant's patents were either invalid or not infringed by the Indian company.
