British Foods to buy Indian brand

LONDON: Associated British Foods Plc has agreed to buy Patak's, a leading Indian cuisine brand, for an undisclosed sum to expand its range of ethnic products. The business comprises Patak's brand and assets in all countries except India and the deal is expected to be completed by August, ABF said in a statement.
