The revenue was Rs. 376.90 crore and the net profit Rs. 36.74 crore in the previous year. The consolidated results for the year ended March 31, 2007, also include the results of the U.K. based Rhodia Pharma which was acquired in April 2006. The company has recommended a final dividend of 45 per cent (90 paise per share of the face value of Rs. 2). This, together with the interim of 40 per cent, takes the total dividend to 85 per cent. Addressing presspersons here on Tuesday, N.
