Clean sweep by Embassy IRS

BANGALORE: Embassy International Riding School made a clean sweep in the Dressage Pas de Quatre event on the opening day of the Equest 2007 championship here on Wednesday.

In an earlier event, Maximus (EIRS) was adjudged the best-groomed horse and Chennai Equestrian Academy bagged the Dressage Pas de Deux event.

The results: (riders' names in brackets): Best Groomed Horse: Maximus (EIRS), 2. Oscar (CEA), 3. Sparkler (EIRS).

Dressage Pas de Deux: 1. Taurus (M. Vaishali) & King's Academy (Ratan Kumar) CEA, 2 (tied). Cadbury (Emily) & Disco (Sarah) EIRS; Cadbury (Cathy Johnson) & Royal Majesty (Julie) EIRS.

Dressage Pas de Quatre: 1. Cadbury (Cathy Johnson)/ Architect (Wieke)/ Royal Majesty (Julie) and Royal Secret (Eva) EIRS, 2. Beauty (Hannah)/ Disco (Sarah)/ Oscar (Laura) & Valentine (Lucas) EIRS, 3. Beauty (Neil)/ Cyrus (Basavraj)/ Flash (Bindu) & Muffin (Mahesh) EIRS.
