BANGALORE: The Special Court for CBI cases (CCH 4) has reserved orders on the bail applications filed by four of the 30 persons accused of irregularities in the conduct of postgraduate common entrance test (PGCET-2006) for medical courses.

Among the four who have filed the applications is I.A. Hukkeri, former Registrar of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. Two students and another RGUHS official have also filed the applications.

On Tuesday, CBI counsel P. Govindan submitted his arguments opposing the grant of bail. The court has reserved its orders for June 2.
