Monsoon timings for trains on Konkan route

New timings will come into force on June 10

Thiruvananthapuram: The monsoon timings of trains running via Konkan Railway will come into force on June 10 and will be effective till October 31.

A Southern Railway release said the timings from July should be checked up with the new timetable which comes into effect on July 1.

Departure timings of trains from Kerala through Konkan Railway have not changed, except for train no. 2617 Mangla Express.

The Ernakulam-Nizamuddin Mangla Express will leave Ernakulam junction at 10.45 a.m. instead of 12.45 p.m, it said.

The revised timings at the destinations are as follows: train no. 6334 Thiruvananthapuram-Veravel Express (6.45 p.m.); 6333 Veravel-Thiruvananthapuram Express (6 a.m.); 6338 Ernaklulam-Okha Express (4.30 p.m.); 6337 Okha-Ernakulam Express (1.50 a.m.); 6346 Thiruvananthapuram-Lokmanya Tilak Terminal Netravathi Express (6.20 p.m.); 6345 Lokmanya Tilak Terminal-Thiruvananthapuram Netravathi Express (8.50 p.m.); 6312 Thiruvananthapuram-Bikaner Express (11.15 p.m.); 6311 Bikaner-Thiruvananthapuram Express (6.a.m); 2653 Kochuveli-Chandigrah Kerala Sampark Kranti Express (6 p.m.); 2654 Chandigarh-Kochuveli Kerala Sampark Kranti Express (6.20 p.m.); 2431Thiruvananthapuram-Nizamuddin Rajdhani express (6.50 p.m.); 2432 Nizamuddin-Thiruvananthapuram Rajdhani Express (9.30 a.m.); 6336 Nagercoil-Gandhidham Express (4 p.m.); 6335 Gandhidham-Nagercoil Express (7.40 a.m., at Trivandrum Central arrival/departure 5.55 a.m., 6.a.m); 1098 Ernakulam-Pune Poorna Express (5.05 a.m.); 1097 Pune-Ernakulam Poorna Express (5.15 a.m.); 2977 Ernakulam-Jaipur Marusagar Express (4 p.m.); 2978 Jaipur-Ernakulam Marusagar express (6.15 a.m.); 2617 Ernakluam-Nizamuddin Mangla express (1.20 p.m.); and 2718 Nizamuddin-Ernkaluam Mangla express (12.30 hours).
