Eight-year-old "kills" three infants

PATNA:
An eight-year-old boy in Bihar is alleged to have killed three infants, the latest one on Tuesday last. The boy, it is alleged, on Tuesday took away the neighbours' six-month-old baby and beat her to death in the nearby field. He covered the body with mud and returned home, according to police.The incident occurred at Manopur Musahari village under Bhagwanpur police station of Begusarai district.
According to the officer-in-charge of the Bhagwanpur police station, Shatrughan Prasad, the boy killed his six-month-old sister and a baby cousin recently. Those incidents were concealed by the family members, according to police."I played with her and put her to sleep," the boy told the police. Investigation is on.
