Korean talks end

SEOUL: The 21st Inter-Korean Ministerial-level talks ended on Friday here without any major progress.

In a joint statement issued after the talks, South Korea and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) said they would continue to study the issues to promote peace, reconciliation and cooperation under the spirit of the South-North Joint Statement reached on June 15, 2000. — Xinhua
