Karur Vysya Bank maintains 100 p.c. dividend

CHENNAI: Karur Vysya Bank has maintained 100 per cent dividend for the fourth year in succession. The bank has reported a net profit of Rs. 160.01 crore for the year ended March 31, 2007, against Rs. 135.35 crore in the previous year. Total income of the bank for the year under reference rose by 27.9 per cent to Rs. 986.65 crore from Rs. 771.45 crore. Deposits rose to Rs. 9,340.29 crore from Rs. 7,576.84 crore and advances to Rs. 7,040.48 crore from Rs. 5,555.44 crore.
