MALAPPURAM: The State Government will float a new company to set up and run the proposed knowledge park near Kozhikode. An experienced technocrat with the knowledge of Malabar and its culture will head the company, said Minister for Industries Elamaram Karim. Concluding a discussion on the proposed knowledge park held at Kadavu Resort, near Ramanattukara, on Saturday, Mr. Karim said local self-governments would be involved in setting up the proposed knowledge park. The Kerala Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (KINFRA) has identified 100 acres of land near Kozhikode for the proposed knowledge park.
