Malas seek combined reservation policy

KADAPA: Mala Mahanadu activists staged a dharna and a rasta-roko in front of Tahsildar office in Pendlimarry on Saturday demanding stoppage of proposed micro-classification of Scheduled Castes.

A combined reservation policy should be evolved and classification move given up, Mala Mahanadu mandal unit president Venkatanna said.

He and mandal unit secretary Vijayakumar submitted a memorandum to Deputy Tahsildar Prabhakar Reddy.
