NCP rally concludes

Special Correspondent

Thiruvananthapuram: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) State president K. Muraleedharan concluded his `Janasambarka yatra' on Saturday with a massive rally organised by the party in the State capital.

Hundreds of NCP workers participated in the rally, which concluded with a public function inaugurated by NCP leader K. Karunakaran.

The rally started off from Museum Junction and wound its way through the main thoroughfare to conclude at the venue for the public function. Senior NCP leaders participated in the function, touted as a show of strength of the party seeking to find its feet in the State's bipolar coalition politics.
