Three struck dead by lightning

BERHAMPUR: Three persons were struck dead by lightning and many others were injured in different parts of Ganjam district following a thunderstorm on Friday evening. Dhobani Singh of Biswanathpur Sasana village, Kanthia Gouda of Tentulia panchayat and Sania Sahu of G. Govindpur village were identified as the victims. D. Balu, a friend of Sahu, who was injured, is undergoing treatment at Digapahandi hospital.
