Magisterial probe into police firing

HYDERABAD: A magisterial inquiry will be conducted on June 11 into the police firing following the bomb blast in Mecca Masjid on May 18 which resulted in the death of five persons.

The inquiry will be held from 11 a.m. at the Hyderabad Collectorate office, Nampally Station Road.

Witness to depose

General public who witnessed the firing incidents and relatives of the victims can depose before Special Executive Magistrate of Hyderabad M. Ramesh Reddy who would hold the inquiry said. The victims were identified as Md. Zaheeruddin, Mohd. Saleem Khan, Syed Adil Ali, Iftequaruddin and Mohd. Akhtar Mohiuddin.
