Six killed in A.P. accident

Sangareddy: Six members of a family, including an infant and two women, were killed in a road accident on National Highway seven on the outskirts of Toopran during the early hours of Tuesday.

A Speed Maxx van carrying 14 persons, which was going towards Hyderabad from Nizamabad district, hit a truck travelling in the same line from behind. The driver, who was trying to cross another vehicle rammed into the truck in an effort to save the van from hitting another vehicle coming in the opposite direction.

Dasari Erranna (50), Malavath Kunti kumari (50), Bhukya Bhagavan Nayak (45), Malavath Doundya (35), Malavath Raji (30) and an eight-month-old boy Raju died instantaneously.
