Kakinada: Jalli Satyanarayana, 30, a worker in a coir factory in Toorpu Lanka village of Allavaram mandal, was electrocuted when he tried to switch off the water connection on Friday. The Allavaram police registered the case. In a separate case, the police altered the death of Katari Nagaraju, 29, as a case of murder basing on his dying declaration on Thursday. Nagaraju was found in an unconscious state with multiple injuries on the ONGC Road near Allavaram on Monday night. He gave the names of four people who allegedly attacked him owing to previous enmity.
