Woman dies in road accident

NEW DELHI: A 39-year-old woman was killed when a speeding Blueline bus hit the motorcycle that she was pillion riding at Krishna Nagar here on Friday night.

According to the police, Vijaya Lata and her husband Kunwar Singh were on their way home when the bus hit their motorcycle. Vijaya Lata died on the spot, while Kunwar sustained serious injuries. The couple were residents of Mazupur in East Delhi.
