KOZHIKODE: Chief Minister V.S. Achuthanandan has said that IT parks will be set up in all districts with a view to providing employment to educated youth. Inaugurating the Janasamaksham programme as part of the first anniversary of the Left Democratic Front Government at Tagore Hall here on Sunday, he said that even those who were not highly qualified would get jobs in these parks. Explaining the contract details of the Smart City project, the Chief Minister said the Opposition remained silent when the draft proposal was sent to Leader of the Opposition Oommen Chandy for comments.
