VIJAYAWADA: In the wake of evangelist K.A. Paul's allegations against Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, City Congress on Sunday roped in some Christian leaders at a press conference addressed by Municipal Administration Minister Koneru Ranga Rao in an attempt to pay back Mr. Paul in the same coin. However, the press conference had to be wound up abruptly when the Christian leaders could not field the volley of questions from reporters. The Minister and the Christian leaders gave contradictory replies when scribes insisted on knowing why Christian associations were holding a press conference at Andhra Ratna Bhavan, the City Congress Party's headquarters.
