Udhagamandalam : Good bowling by S. Sandeep (six for 6) enabled Colts Cricket Club score a ten-wicket win over Union Powers Cricket Club in the TNCA-NDCA `A' division league for the M.A. Chidambaram Rolling Trophy at the Laidlaw Memorial School grounds here on Sunday.

The scores: `A' division: Union Powers CC 39 (S. Sandeep six for 6) lost to Colts CC 40 for no loss in 5.1 overs.

Nilgiris CC 184 for eight in 25 overs bt Gudalur CC 98.

New Star CC 117 (S. Jose four for 25) lost to Yankees CC 119 for eight in 25 overs (V. Vinoth four for 9).

Narrow win

Arumugam XI Patriots Cricket Club posted a one-wicket win over Cosmo Village Sports Academy in the TNCA-CDCA second division league for the Unidrive Line Trophy at the TNAU grounds here on Sunday.

The scores: Second division: Cosmo Village SA 237 for nine in 50 overs (R. Vijayakumar 46, Dhanarajan 70) lost to Arumugam XI Patriots CC 242 for nine in 49 overs (M. Prajeesh 61, M. Shajahan four for 25); Red Diamonds CC 265 for eight in 50 overs (L. Nivas Ali Khan 70, Subbair 63) bt Suryabala Cricketers 80 in 24.4 overs (D. Sasi Kumar four for 21, V. Sivakumar four for 18); Wings CC 169 in 39.2 overs lost to Tirupur Textiles RC 170 for three in 30.3 overs (K. Ganesh 66, Seniappan 44).

Billiards & snooker tourney
