MeritTrac ties up with U.S. firm

CHENNAI : MeritTrac Services, a skills assessment company, has announced a strategic partnership with U.S.-based Carnegie Speech, to launch Carnegie Speech Assessment automated voice evaluation technology in India. MeritTrac also unveiled a paper on voice evaluation and the benefits that can accrue to the voice-based BPO players by adopting a different philosophy on assessments, a release says.
