File fresh plea against bail for Haseena Parkar, says court
Mumbai:
A sessions court on Tuesday directed the Mumbai police to file a fresh application against grant of bail to fugitive Dawood Ibrahim's sister Haseena Parkar and three others in a case of cheating, forgery and extortion.
Principal Sessions judge Ashok Bhangale said the application being heard alleged that the order allowing bail to Haseena and builder brothers Krishnamilan and Sandeep Shukla was ``bad in the law.' The Anti- Extortion Cell (AEC) of the police had also challenged the order.
The court asked the prosecution to file a fresh application seeking cancellation of bail to Haseena and the Shukla brothers.

The AEC also challenged the pending bail application of Haseena's bodyguard Salim Patel. — PTI
