BHUBANESWAR: Minister for Works and Housing A. U. Singhdeo has asked departmental engineers to complete all proposed works and submit the utilization certificates in time.

Reviewing departmental activities, Mr Singhdeo said the budget provision for the department had been increased considerably over last few years.

The Minister also inaugurated a conference hall constructed inside the Nirman Soudha at a cost of Rs 25.8 lakh. Deepak Kumar Ray, Secretary of Works department, attended the review meeting.
