KADAPA: Superintendent of Police Y. Nagi Reddy exhorted police officials on Tuesday to curb white collar offences, which were on the rise, by constant vigil. Addressing a crime meeting with DSPs and Circle Inspectors at District Police Office conference hall here, he gave a power-point presentation on precautions to control crime rate, road accidents, traffic control and filing first information (FIR) reports. He directed police officials to deal sternly with luggage carriers that transported passengers. He sought proposals for precautionary action in accident-prone areas.

Youth should be motivated to participate in employment-oriented training programmes being conducted by DRDA and STEP.
