EEDURU (WEST GODAVARI District): Former Union Minister U.V. Krishnam Raju created flutter by appearing in the TDP flock during the visit of TDP president N. Chandrababu Naidu to this village on Tuesday. With a BJP `kandua' around his shoulders, Mr. Raju came on to the dais with folded hands following an invitation and shared it with a galaxy of TDP leaders, keeping the rumour mills at work. Mr Raju came in a huge convoy of vehicles with the fluttering saffron flags to the village well before the arrival of Mr. Naidu. It may be recalled that Mr. Krishnam Raju got elected to the Lok Sabha from Narsapur in alliance with the TDP and became a Minister in the NDA regime. However, his presence at the event turned out to be an enigma for the TDP cadres in the backdrop of Mr Naidu distancing himself from the `communal' BJP.
