VIZIANAGARAM: DM&HO V. Venkateswara Rao launched Bajaj Allianz's `care first', a medical insurance policy, on Monday. Dr. Venkateswara Rao, while appreciating the company's insurance policy, felt that the insurance facility must reach villagers
