BSNL’s phone-on-phone service

CHENNAI: BSNL Chennai Telephones is further simplifying the process of obtaining a phone connection through its phone-on-phone service that hits the markets on Thursday.

All that the service requires customers to do is dial 1500 and place a request for a new landline/mobile connection, with the department taking care of the rest of the procedures.
