BIJAPUR: A boy developed cholera-like symptoms after consuming stagnant water in the field and subsequently died at Chowdapur village in Bagalkot district Thursday. Two others, who also consumed the contaminated water, have reportedly fallen ill. Details about the identity of the deceased and the sick are awaited, according to police. — Staff Correspondent
