Bangalore: A motorcyclist was injured after he was assaulted by Naveen (20) and two others on Thursday. The police said that Vinay (24), an employee of a private telecom company, sustained minor injuries and was treated as an outpatient at Victoria Hospital. They said the incident occurred after Vinay’s motorcycle collided with Naveen’s vehicle on Dr. Rajkumar Road, near Sitara Mantap, coming under Magadi Police Station limits. The police said that Naveen and Vinay were fighting. Enraged, Naveen and two of his friends assaulted Vinay and set his motorcycle on fire. They reportedly fled the scene soon after. A case has been registered. Falls to death
A construction worker was killed after he fell from the scaffolding on Wednesday at the Vydehi Medical College and Hospital, coming under Whitefield police station limits. The police gave the name of the victim as Tilak Raj (24) from Tamil Nadu.
