HYDERABAD: Two motorcycle-borne chain snatchers created panic in Kachiguda police station area when they struck thrice within an hour on Thursday. Vijayalaxmi, 30, was returning home from a grocery store on foot when two youths came on a Yamaha bike in the opposite direction at Tilaknagar around 4.p.m. The pillion rider snatched her gold necklace weighing three tolas and sped away along with his accomplice. Some 30 minutes later, the same duo struck near Sree Vidya school in Tilaknagar relieving a housewife Anoosha, 22, of her two-tola gold chain while she was walking towards her house. The snatchers surfaced for the third time in 10 minutes later near Barkatpura petrol bunk. Another victim
A housewife, D. Rajyalaxmi, 33, was walking on the road when the snatchers came from behind, pulled her 2.5-tola chain and rode off towards Shankar Math, the police said.
