GPF annual accounts statement

CHENNAI: The General Provident Fund Annual Accounts Statement of the Tamil Nadu State Government employees for 2006-07 will be despatched to drawing and disbursing officers concerned before June 20.

A release from the Accountant General (A&E), Tamil Nadu, said the subscribers should contact the DDO under whose payment control they were working as on February 28, 2007. The acknowledgement for the receipt of the statements is to be sent by return of post by the respective DDOs.

Any discrepancies noticed in the data, details of missing credits and debits pointed out in the accounts statements should be brought through DDO concerned to the notice of H. Gopalakrishna, Deputy Accountant General (Fds II) or R. Rajendran, Deputy Accountant General (Fds I), Office of the Accountant General (A&E), Tamil Nadu Anna Salai, Chennai-18. — Staff Reporter
