Kakinada: ACB sleuths of Vijayawada have conducted simultaneous raids on the residential premises of Mandal engineering officer of Pedapudi Ch Suryanarayana and his relatives in Indrapalem and also in Kakinada city here on Friday and unearthed Rs.63 lakhs worth assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.

The raids were conducted on the houses of his brother-in-law, an excise inspector, besides M.Kamireddy, works inspector in Indrapalem area.

According to ACB officials, Suryanarayana was found having lands and house sites in Samalkot, Jaggampet, Kakinada and Indrapalem areas.
