CHENNAI: The high-level committee constituted to make recommendations regarding the functioning of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board to the State Government will be visiting Coimbatore and Erode shortly, after field visits in the city. It will be presenting its recommendations on issues, including delays in giving the sale deeds, pending cases of landowners seeking higher compensation, unsold houses, apartments sold at low rates and rentals.
