Sony apologises to Church

Plea against computer game featuring shootout in cathedral

LONDON: Sony has apologised to the Church of England for a computer game that features a bloody shootout inside an Anglican cathedral.

The church had demanded its withdrawal: "Resistance: Fall of Man" includes a gun battle between an American soldier and aliens inside a building that resembles the Manchester Cathedral.
