HUBLI: The Hubli police have arrested a manager of a private finance corporation in the city on the charge of charging exorbitant interest rates. In a press release issued here, the police gave the name of the arrested as Balaram Hotkar, manager of City Finance, Club Road, Hubli. Based on a complaint by Mohammed Sadiq M., the police registered a case. — Staff Correspondent
