An official of the special unit gave the name of the person detained as Ramanathan alias Lasar, one of the trustees of the trust started by Yobu Saravanan, who had already been detained under the legislation. Meanwhile, the CB CID (Metro) is awaiting the Government’s permission to take steps to attach properties seized in the case.
