New Delhi: The former Prime Minister, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, on Sunday said he was living a healthy life despite giving away one of his kidneys many years ago. ``Nobody should be afraid of giving away a kidney. I am sitting before you. I gave away my kidney many years ago and I am sitting here hale and hearty and will be amidst you two or four years more,'' he said after laying the foundation of a kidney hospital here. ``To save a life is equivalent to giving life,'' he remarked. In his brief address, he also spoke about modern life style that he said had become a cause of bad health.
