YSR’s assurance to teachers

HYDERABAD: Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy assured the Andhra Pradesh Joint Action Committee of Teachers’ Organisations that he would shortly meet the Prime Minister and the Union Home Minister to secure the Centre’s approval for State proposals on unified service rules. Leaders of JACTO, who met Dr. Reddy recently, said in a statement that School Education Minister C. Damodar Rajanarsimha, who was present. Staff Reporter
