ULLAL: The people of Ullal have shown that they have faith in secularism and this message had got into the political system of the State, Congress leaders have said. Participating in the “victory celebrations” of Ullal MLA U.T. Khader at Thokkottu near here on Monday, leaders such as Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee president Mallikarjun Kharge, former Chief Minister N. Dharam Singh and Chairman of National Administrative Reforms Commission M. Veerappa Moily said that victory of Congress in Ullal byelection was a victory of “true secular forces”. He said that Ullal represented mini India.
