KANNUR: The Kannur University Employees Union (KUEU) protested against what it called defiance of the University Vice-Chancellor’s order, deputing university Public Relations Officer (PRO) Achuthanandan Kuniyil to attend a workshop on Right to Information at the Institute of Management in Government (IMG) in Thiruvananthapuram. In a press release union general secretary M. Ramachandran said that neither IMG nor Mr. Kuniyil was informed of the order.
