THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Software Technology Parks of India, Thiruvananthapuram (STPI-T), organised a one-day workshop on ‘The Role of Institutional Involvement in Human Resource Readiness — Current Scenario and New Trends’ here on Monday.

The workshop co-organised by Computer Society of India, InApp Information Technologies, Technopark, aimed at brining together academicians and experts in the IT sector for brainstorming the role of institutional involvement in making fresh graduates industry-ready and to create a programme designed to help institutions achieve 100 per cent placement in IT organisations.

Under the programme, the student’s soft skills and technical skills would be polished to meet industry standards.
