BHUBANESWAR: Two teenaged girls, one of them was said to be a cine artiste, were alleged to have been kidnapped by three youths. The incident had taken place on June 10 but father of one girl Gobinda Mohapatra, who was working at the state secretariat informed police only on Sunday last. According to FIR, two girls identified as Elina Mohapatra (15) and her Pratikshya Priyadarshini had been missing from Master Canteen Square since June 10. The girls, both cousins, were staying in Kapila Prasad area under Lingaraj Police Station of the city. Three youths from Kapila Prasad, who belonged to same area, were accused to have been involved in the kidnapping of minor girls and since then they were also missing, the FIR said. Elina was a cine artiste and acted in a couple of Oriya films. The Mahila Police Station is investigating into the incident.
