Notice to Janardhan Reddy

BANGALORE: Lokayukta N. Santosh Hegde has issued notice to suspended BJP MLC C. Janardhan Reddy on the complaint that he has given false declaration his assets and liabilities.

The complainant, Srinivasaiah, has said that Mr. Reddy had not given the details of the assets he has procured from his mining business. He alleged that Mr. Reddy had given false declaration before the Election Commission too. The complaint was filed a week ago.

Mr. Hegde said notice was issued after the scrutiny of the complaint filed a week ago. He said action is yet to be taken on a similar complaint filed by JD(S) spokesman and MLC Y.S.V. Datta.
