Environmental awareness

CHENNAI: The Natesan Vidyalaya Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Mannivakkam near Tambaram, has been chosen for the ‘Sutrusuzhal Sudar Oli’ (Environmental Light) award for 2006 by the State Government. It received the award from Suba Thangavelan, Minister for Housing and Slum Clearance, at an event organised by the Department of Environment in Ramanathapuram on World Environment DaY (June 5).
