NEW DELHI: A 15-year-old boy with dengue fever was admitted to Bara Hindu Rao Hospital here over the weekend, taking the total number of cases to five so far this season. According to the MCD Deputy Medical Health Officer R. N. Das, teenager Deepak, a resident of Civil Lines, was brought to the hospital with high fever. “He has tested positive for dengue. We are taking all precautions to ensure that the numbers of dengue cases remain low this season. Of the five dengue cases recorded so far, two are from Delhi while three patients are from outside,” he said.
