Gujarat Assembly session from July 19

GANDHINAGAR: A two-day session of the Gujarat Assembly will be held from July 19, mainly to facilitate the members to participate in the presidential elections.

The decision was taken at Wednesday’s meeting of the Cabinet here, under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Narendra Modi.

The House was expected to discuss the measures for abolition of octroi duty in all the seven municipal corporation areas from Diwali.
