NEW DELHI: Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Ram Babu Sharma said on Wednesday that the Central Government’s decision to reduce conversion charges for additional construction in residential colonies and mixed land use areas by 67 per cent was a highly commendable step that would benefit lakhs of property holders in Delhi. Mr. Sharma said this was also a historic victory for the DPCC as it had on November 29, 2006, passed a resolution demanding the same.
