PerkinElmer buys out LabIndia stake in JV

NEW DELHI: The U.S.-based technological services provider to pharmaceutical and food and beverage industry PerkinElmer Inc. on Thursday said that it had acquired LabIndia Instruments’ 49 per cent stake in their joint venture for an undisclosed amount.
